Practice areas
We advise and represent clients across commercial and civil law. Our core practices are commercial and corporate law, litigation and debt recovery.
Practice areas rarely stay separate in a single matter. A transaction starts with due diligence on the company or the property, continues with the contract and its registration and, if the other side does not perform, may lead to a demand, a court case and enforcement. Each matter is therefore led by one lawyer, who brings in colleagues with experience in the relevant field where needed.
We work in Bulgarian, English, Russian and German, and file documents with the courts and registers electronically.

How we can work together
You can engage us for a single task or to handle the whole matter. The scope and the fee are agreed in writing before work begins.
Initial legal analysis
We review the facts and documents and assess the risks and the options. The result is a call, a written opinion or both, as agreed.
Drafting or reviewing a document
We draft a contract, general terms, a power of attorney, a shareholders’ resolution or a court document for its specific purpose, or review your draft and agree the final text with you.
Taking on a procedure or dispute
We handle the registration, the debt recovery, the appeal or the court case. We agree in advance which stages the engagement covers and how the next ones are agreed.
Ongoing support
We take on a company’s recurring legal questions: contracts, corporate decisions, dealings with counterparties and authorities, at an agreed volume and with an agreed way of communicating.
